A: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Q2: Will my design drawings be safe when you get it ?
A: Yes, we will not publish your design to a third party unless your permission is obtained. We can sign NDA before you send the drawings.
Q3: Can you send me samples ?
A: Yes, Samples are for free, and freight is on your side. Or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q7: What is the payment way?
